Remember, If You Are Successful You Can't Take Credit!

Barack Obama said in a speech this past week that if you were successful or had a thriving business you didn't do it on your own. Hmmmm, what does that sound like to you? It reeks of socialistic agendas starting to get serious. Obama hates the capitalistic way of life and is determined to make it completely go away. He wants to redistribute America's wealth and reward those who choose to not be productive but rather be a unnecessary burden on everyone else. Entitlement programs like obamacare are choking America and her people to death. And yet we will probably have this sociocommunist as president for four more years. If you don't believe me about Obama's words here is a link you can read or watch his speech.

It is very interesting that when the President talks it is all about me and what I have done. From his nomination, with a temple being built for him, to his victory speech where he introduced his wife and children and then sent them off stage to I got Ben Laden. It is always about him and not those who helped him. He will give them some credit but it remains about what he did and how important he was in the action.

It's about the mind set of socialism itself. The all powerful STATE. What Obama doesn't realize, is he is just a figure head to those who got him elected. He's let it go to his head, for sure. He's believing his own hype.

It would be interesting to see them stand before an audience of, say, plant workers who lost their jobs because of EPA regs, and remind them “you didn’t get to the unemployment line on your own — somebody gave you some help!”
Last September, Elizabeth Warren made made news after she said that “there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own — nobody.”

The wealthy already pay more taxes than everyone else, both as a percentage of total federal taxes collected and as a percentage of their own income.
Unless wealth was earned dishonestly, it belongs first and foremost to its earner. Otherwise, we no longer have a country of free people earning money and paying a small amount of it (or, rather, what should be a small amount, and would be if our federal government was the size the Constitution dictated it ought to be) to taxes. Instead, we have a nation of people who earn money first and foremost for government. Combined with the recent Supreme Court decision that forced contracts are now legal (my interpretation, at least, of the practical implication of the Court’s decision that the mandate is a tax), this attitude by the highest office-holder in the land is quite dangerous.
So, it's clear. We have the 'rich' paying for the 'poor' and an oligarchy (rule by the elite few) instead of a Constitutional Republic. It's pretty hard to defend a vote for Obama this time around. If anyone votes for him, or his progressive democrats, it is a vote for the end of America.

Debra, you are absolutely right. Why should someone who wants to keep most of what they earn be labeled greedy? It is very arrogant of both our president and the liberal left to even imply as much.

Obama is only interested in getting elected. He only wants to help the people that make up the majority. That means people that are on welfare, people that are unemployed and minorities. He doesn't care about the people that work for a living.
