are you afraid of total darkness?

that the question that suddenly popped out of my mind last night,when the whole place was in total darkness because of brown out.. before i thought nothing will scare me but last night's brown out proved that i was wrong, total darkness crept me out because of the reason that in total darkness i can't see anything, and maybe because in my thought in total darkness evil are lurking around ..and im so glad that the energy went back 1-2 hours later. how about you? are you afraid of total darkness?

Yes not only you and me but I think everyone afraid from darkness. Because we cant see anything for a moment and feel Ohhh God what happen. I carry my torch everywhere because I know light problem is everywhere.

Well,i am afraid of total darkness when i was a baby,but when i grew up to 12,i don't afraid of total darkness any more,i like sleepy with light off,i think you can calmly think about some questions when in the darkness,you think?

i can still tolerate darkness where i can still see little amount of light, in that setting i can still think calmly ,but being deprived of light and total darkness, as in total darkness where in you can see any movement or anything that i'd rather choose to close my eyes well i can't think of anything anymore but only of the things that's lurking around darkness

Sometimes. If I am alone in the home I may be afraid. I would thought that some one had switched off my main switch and he is going to sketch off me. I think is just like others ,na?

No. It was when I was a child frightened with total darkness. But now I am not afraid with the dark. Unless something shows up in my face. hehehe That's the time when I will be afraid. I am afraid of ghosts. But when I am in the dark, I try to think that there are no ghosts. Sometimes it's all in the mind.

Yes I am afraid of total darkness! I feel very paranoid when I am in a very dark place. I always feel like there is someone following me or there's a ghost. I am so paranoid. That is why I always need a companion when I am in dark places. Happy mylotting.

I'm not totally afraid of darkness..you know why?because I trust God. I know his with me and He will never leave me. Some just afraid of it because they lost the faith in God. Some also says, it is just a challenge for us to know how a blind man feels when everything that surrounds him is darkness... :)

Yes, i am afraid of the dark and i am afraid of getting blind that's why i hate dark. I can't sleep without any bright light entering my windows, i panic and got paranoid. I am afraid of seeing ghost since i was exposed to it since i was a little. In dark too many bad things could happen. People are tempted to do bad things when total darkness happen.

I would not say that I am afraid of total darkness because it does make me uncomfortable. I guess that it is not being able to see or have balance in a blackened world makes it difficult to cope and accept.

That was when I was a kid but when i turned 16 and up to this time I never am afraid of darkness. I see to it that lights that are not needed are shut off to save energy. I would rather sleep in total darkness than to keep the lights on in my room all night for what do i need the lights for any way? They would just attract the mosquitoes and feast on me overnight.

I am not afraid of the dark. I know why other people are so afraid of the dark because of the fear that there might be some unknown spirits or creations. Once my group mate asked me if I wasn't afraid of the dark, because she had seen me went to the back and get the clothes that I hanged there to dry, that was 8:00 pm. So I told her, only people who has done wrong should be a afraid. That was just my joke actually, but she never open the issue again.

since i was a kid i am always afraid of the dark, i can never imagine how to live with a total darkness. yes i can sleep without lights on but i as long i see small lights i can do it but not really the total darkness. i am afraid of darkness since my imagination will work so much and i might thinking of the horror movies i've watched. so i can't really do it so since then i am always bringing with me a pocket flashlight.
