I grow up that cemetery is where the dead rest in peace. But lately I notice that in our relative does not bury their dead anymore. They opt for cremation and they bring their love once ashes to their home.
Do you think its right thing to do? I know since ancient time theirs some civilization that prefer to cremate their dead. But for me its much better if the dead is buried than burn.

i think it should all depend on the dying person's last wish he/she should decide if he wants to be cremated or buried. if the dying person didnt leave any instructions regarding his resting place then the closest one to him should decide.
Personally, I prefer cremation, My grandmother's ashes is here with us in the house and we are happy that we can remember her all the time whenever we wee her ashes beside her picture

this is becoming a trend now... maybe one of the reasons is to be practical. it is very expensive to bury in a cemetery nowadays because you need to buy a lot, you need to pay for the land digging during burial (which really costs much!), and maybe it will also save time and transportation to visit them at the cemetery. Well, that's just my opinion. But of course if you have enough budget, it will still be better to bury them than burn.
