Have you ever thought you were tired, only to find out later on, you weren't really tired, just in need of some food or a drink to help you recover your energy level?

I try to make sure that I am always eating and drinking quality foods, and that helps much, because when I finally experience being 'tired' it is always when I am ready to hit the sack. I used to feel tired, amd then a snack would be a nice pick me up. However, ever since I began watching what went into my mouth, and making sure that most of it was healthy, complex carbs, etc. I really never feel that anymore. I basically continue to go until I hit the bed. When I hit the bed, it's BAM! I am out like a light.

There are times when I do feel kinda drained and feeling a little bit tired. But when I have a drink with maybe some food then I would feel my mind and body get better and more rejuvenated. The drink I like to have is coffee or tea or maybe some soda pop. The caffeine and sugar in the drinks help to keep me more awake and alert.

most of the times. i work at night so its expected that im gonna be feeling tired the morning i get out from the office. i feel so tired and would prefer crashing on to my bed when get home and forget about breakfast but i realize sometimes that i just need to lie down and rest my back. i would start watching my favorite tv series then it would take 5hrs before i finally get to sleep.

Sometimes, because of tension brought about by too much work. Personally, I have this kind of feeling when I am tasked to do some things which I am not very knowledgeable about.
