With the upcoming release of Office 2013, Microsoft is putting alot of focus on the Cloud. Industry analyst say that's exactly what Microsoft needs to do to compete head-to-head with Google and its cloud-based office apps. In terms of competition, migrating office to the cloud is critical,"Said Jim McGregor, a principal analyst with Tirias Research. "For Microsoft Office is and should be the cornerstone of much larger cloud-service strategy that I'm sure we will hear more about."
