My children, my husband, my dog, my parents, my siblings, my sibling in laws, my friends. Good food, singing, working out doing Turbo Jam and Zumba, I also love going on vacations and seeing and experiencing new places, I enjoy swimming in the ocean, and playing poker with my friends. I also love watching my kids perform and do sports etc.

Of course friends, and family, including my friends online. I like using my creativity, and making new things from old. Music lifts my spirits, and worship and praise, spiritual practice, makes me whole.

and living quarters where the boat people f rom Vietnam fled here to California from Vietnam with just the clothes on their back., this is now a prosperous thriving community. they are great neighbors, friendly , quiet, well mannered and it makes my heart sing to see that elderly parent are not sent off to a rest home but are taken into the childrens homes to live and be cared for

My happiness is very much contingent on the happiness of others. I am happy when my family and friends are happy. I do my best to ensure that everything is alright in their lives. Then I can worry about myself and feel content.

For me its knowing and seeing my family healthy. If we're all healthy, we can all enjoy the good things life can offer, as well as the rewards that we worked hard for. We often take good health for granted, when in fact it is our "capital" in order to pursue a career, earn money, pursue a relationship, raise a family, travel.
So yeah, for me if we're physically, mentally and spiritually healthy, everything else will follow.

Hi ajithlal: I think I try my best to be happy and thankful everyday so I'm happy with the simple things like having all the things I need in my house, my family, my friends, my projects, my dreams. There's always one reason to smile near you.

My family, friends and small things that is given to me by God every single day. Being able to wake up in the morning, look into my husbands face and say a prayer to God is something that I always want to do first thing I wake up. Having positive outlook every single day will bring happiness to your life.

Well, in answer to this question, unfortunately I must emphasize that in my family, social relationships are not optimal! Beyond that, speaking for myself, I still have to plan my future (I have already given the fact that the age of 37!), planning it with the search for a stable job.
However, firstly, the thing I most want is that in my house, we four persons, we could live in a more decent. Is not entirely possible that there is no "dialogue" among us!
We may not get anything if we do not start a dialogue between us, trying to solve the problems of the family!
