About breakfast

Many of my friends and colleagues will go to company directly without breakfast, as they want to have more time on the bed. I heard it would hurt our health seriously and maybe the hurt will not be felt when we are still young. So what about you? Will you insist to have breakfast before going for work or study?

I have also been taught that it's bad because it's the most important meal of the day but up until now i still skip breakfast most of the time

I was also told as this but I usually skip breakfat sometimes. Becauese I prefer spending more time on the bed but not preparing breakfast, and sometimes I don't want to have anything when I just get up.

I do believe it is the most important meal of the day. When I worked for a large company, they had a cafeteria that was open for breakfast and I would get in early enough to have some kind of breakfast either actually in the cafeteria or get something to take back to my breakfast. Now that I work at home, I still have breakfast. What have I have now may not the best but it is something; I have whole wheat toast, a banana and a glass of milk. I also have lunch fairly early so I don't need to have a huge breakfast and what I have is balanced with whole grain, fruit and milk(for protein).

The majority of the time I eat a little breakfast. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. And if we eat breakfast we are more likely to eat reasonably sized portions throughout the rest of the day. So it benefits us in a lot of ways. Even if we just grab a apple or eat something on our way to our destination.
