my little finger is slipping.

Hello. I do not know if this is an arthritis thing but I happen to experience this every morning or even just after i wake up that both my hands are not in good condition. I can not easily make a fist. And the most I hated part is my pinkie or little finger is slipping in a way that when I extend it pointing my palm (same hand), it slips like a switch button. Then after an hour or two, it becomes normal again without the like a switch button thing.

I think you might be sleeping in an odd position and causing these diggets to be strained for abit after you wake up. I have slept with my arm under me sometimes and woke up with my arm aching for a half hour or so sometimes. We have nerve ending on those fingers and it could be it just takes them a bit to wake up after being in a weird position in sleep mode.

I was really thinking about that too. All I experience lately is I can not move freely in our bed since my 3 year old kid is taking half of our bed. And aside from that, I always find myself sleeping with face down which I do not usually do. This calls for an experiment.

Face down could mean your fingers are under you and they fall asleep. I wonder.

Can you try saba "banana" at least twice a day I hope it will work or if you want medication like vultarin it may do.. A vitamin B will also help you ease the numbness. Overfatigue and ageing are big factors on to it so try also to relax your fingers.

There was banana in our table left for three days. I should have consumed it If I read this earlier. About that variety, I am not sure If it will be available around. Another thing there is untouched vitamins in our closet. Double check if it has B on it :)

Maybe you are having this syndrome on hands for too much use of the computer... I suggest that you exercise your hands every now and then while you are using your computer keyboard. Before you get up in the morning stretch your arms and fingers then wriggle them, make a little massage on the hands so that the blood circulates very well. After which you will be ready for the days work again...Don't forget to do breathing exercise as well when you are doing your typing, this way you will have a break on the things you do...

Yeah you mentioned about the syndrome, I hope its not. And yes thanks for suggestions. Maybe I am lacking in exercise. I am looking forward on buying a grip or something as I really worried that this becomes worst. And the breathing thing yeah I remember my old teacher about it, very important and helpful.
