I had never been to Nepal. I have read, Nepal is located in the Himalayan mountains, and hemmed in by Tibet and India. Nepal including the old culture. There is a population of Tibet and Burma who have lived for thousands of years in Nepal.

I know that Nepal is a small mountainous country above India on the world map next door to Bhutan. I follow the story and news from an Irish man that in living in Nepal. He likes living in the Kathmandu and he has been doing some trekking which has been exciting and enjoyable for him. I would like to visit Nepal one day in the future. I am not sure how wheelchair accessible it would be for my disabled son.

I also think that Nepal is a mysterious country as we seldom heard news about this country so often. But I have a friend who had travel to Nepal before. It is quite different from here. I feel amazed to see the photos she took in Nepal.
I love China

I visited Nepal several years ago and do have pleasant memories. I was organising a conference for my office, for delegates that came from eleven different countries. I was allowed to take my husband and was there almost a week prior to the event. We enjoyed every bit of our stay there. The people there are very simple but the country is endowed with natural beauty . We attempted to take a flight - a small airplane - that would fly very close to the Himalayas but due to bad weather we were told it would be doubtful if one could see the Himalayas from close quarters.
For nature lovers this is a must see country.

Everything is at a slow pace there. I remember one restaurant on the roadside where we spent hours just sipping our tea and snacks looking at passers by and owners of the restaurant made us feel that we were most welcome to spend as many hours as we wanted. In contrast I remember I had gone with my niece to watch a Broadway show on 42nd Street in New York and later we wanted to eat somewhere. There was a big Que waiting to occupy tables which were packed to capacity. Those who were already there must have felt that we were breathing down their necks!

Nepal is amazing in terms of its beauty but not in terms of its economy. I want to visit this country in the coming years(currently its ranked #11 on my to go to list). My biggest issue is not having the time to take off to travel. Asia in general has some amazing places such as Thailand(once you leave the city). When do you plan on visiting Nepal?
