Read Fast. Its possible.

I am new to this system and as I am looking for particular interest that I might choose for myself, I stop a while at this category. I remember when I was in high school, I always love reading. And one time I came across with this book with a title that sounds like HOW TO READ FAST. It catch my interest so I bought it. After a few days of reading and doing some exercises, I said to myself that this is one of the greatest thing that I learned.
So what are the benefits? I remember going to a bookstore day after day without buying one. Just reading :) And work of any type becomes so easy. I can read topics in a glimpse, make reply etc.
How it works? There is a lot of information out there. Just to give an Idea, I am reading not from left to right but from the center of the sentence going down like a document scanner :)
It is possible. No special knowledge required, anybody is qualified.

That's an interesting post. Do you remember the author's name? How long did it take you to master this art of speed reading? Perhaps you could give us some pointers as to how to go about being a fast reader. Appreciate your response. Have a good day.

A friend of mine lent me a book about how to read fast and understand it. He also gave me a book for improving one's vocabulary but it took some time for me to really digest it because I wasn't that interested in reading anything other than science fiction books.
Reading fast is like any skill. You need patience, perseverance, and determination to successfully accomplish it. Congratulations

I don't know if I already have those qualities since I was so young when I started it. And as far as I can remember, I am not patient nor with discipline hehe. And actually Im a dropout.
But you mentioned about the word interest so maybe that is the keyword that made me accomplish it. Thank you for the compliment.

That is the most crucial part, comprehension. Reading fast is useless if you can not understand. Well there is a technique like while reading, you only catch important words. Not necessary like a keyword reading but it is like that :)
