I am a member in publish writing site, but not active there for a while, recently one of my friend told that this site don't have any minimum payouts and paying every month to our paypal as well as we can republish our articles there. Today itself i started my writing work there and wrote 2 articles, but both of my articles are in review. How many days it will take to publish the articles. Anyone using publish here? what is your opinion about this site?

I guess they mostly take one or two day for approving your articles.. So you should get it approved by tomorrow. Yes there is no minimum payout and we can get payment via paypal.. 
Earning is not that good in compare other sites(like EC).. But surely it is worthy as we can republish our articles.. So its like extra earnings.

Anand, good to hear about this, you are the reason for my interest in this site, i joined there around 4 months before and more over forget about that site, after reading your message i started my activity with that site, hope my article will be approved tomorrow.

I see in help section that they take 48 hours maximum for approving articles.. So yes as per my guess, it will be approved by tomorrow, otherwise you need to wait for 48 hours...
I have only told you about this site, because I know you having more articles for republishing.. so it will be good for you.

I had never heard of this site before but I'm going to sign up. Even if it doesn't pay much, being able to republish existing content and earn anything from it it is cool. I plan on taking all my old epinions, Helium and AssociatedContent work and posting it.

But, in their terms, they mentioned that you don't republish your articles anywhere from this site, so be careful with it.

You're misunderstanding their terms. That's referring to visitors, telling them they can't just take the content from the site like you can on article directories. I checked and found many republished articles on there so it can't be against their rules.

yes, my friend told me that they will send our payments to our paypal at every month on 10th, they are paying through paypal, we can republish our articles, i am new there and submitted two articles, waiting for the approval
Though i am not on this site but all i can say is there is nothing bad if you are allowed to republish your articles there.I wonder how do you get so many ideas to write articles?.

sj, i am getting ideas from mylot, every day i am active here and saw a lot of topics here, i get ideas about various things and write my articles based on it. you are right, there is nothing harm in giving a free try
