According to a research, we really need to have physical exercise for us to stay fit. Study shows that people who don't indulge themselves to exercise even for walking easily got sick compared to people who give time to do some workout. It doesn't necessary that we need to go to the gym. A simple walking or using the stairs instead of the elevator can do the job.
So guys what are we waiting for it's to get up and move our bodies to become healthy specially to those guys working in the office.

I feel lighter and active after having done my exercise. And my brain seems so sharp whenever i always exercise.
Besides, i seldom get sick whenever i always exercise. Of course i have to couple it with eating in moderation, so i could lose some unwanted fats indeed.

When we are active everything runs smoothly. Energizing ourselves is a kind of discipline and it's discipline that plays an important role.
Eat the right food at a right time is needed nowadays. We must be careful in choosing food coz sometimes we think that we are safe for the fruits and veggies that we eat but how about the chemicals that they used in planting it to protect from pesticides etc. Life is not that easy.

Exercise really helps us.
As to fruits and veggies, we should see to it that they are thoroughly washed. As i have gathered from my mother-in-law , a doctor tells her to put a sliced cabbage in a bowl of water and have the water changed after 30 minutes . Then have it submerged in the new water again for 30 minutes , then after that wash it in running water.
That way, the pesticides could be also washed away, before cooking.

That is correct,my friend! We human being's physiological make up is hard wired to remain healthy by being physically active not passive. Exercise is one of the method that keep us going and remain fit over the day, and even year. If you don't exercise while you still can move around, jump up and down side or standing upside down, you will regret it after you can't do it anymore when your age is catching up on you or when you lose it all.

Yes indeed it's true..we should do mental and physical exercise to keep us in tip top shape. We are the one responsible for our bodies and as much as possible we should take care of them.We should not only depend our selves with physical exercise but also with the right kinds of variety of foods. We should also watch what we had eaten.I always do prefer most of the time to use the stairs rather than using the lift. Thanks for your advise:) happy my lotting...

Hey i completely agree to your point. It is better to walk for 15 minutes daily than to sit idle at home and watching TV. A walk of 15-20 minutes a week enhances your longevity by a year according to a recent study.
So it is advisable to start exercising daily and stay fit in life. what say?

Thanks for the information and now I must make it a point to walk for more than 20 minutes to add years to my life. Keep on researching. *wink*
We could not understand life for sometime. When we are happy we want to live forever in this world but if there's a lot of trials we want to end our life right away specially if we thought that there's no one around us ready to extend their open arms to help.

Right but it's not that easy to some people. For me if I felt that I'm getting a bit fat I minimize my food intake but my hubby find it hard doing it. He is chubby and I don't want him to be that way. Everytime I cut his food intake he complains. He said his head is aching and felt uneasy if his tummy is not full. I don't know maybe he has this mindset that he need to eat a lot. Any advice for him?

You are right, exercise is important for the body. We may be to busy at work and with all the stress, we tend to be tired of doing even a simple exercise. But the thing is, when we exercise it gives us more resistance against disease and it also takes away the stress. As you have said, we do not need to spend so much to exercise as even a simple walking will do as well as going up and down on a staircase.

I studied Physical education and i know those studies and you are right, but they say that walking and stairs can help but it ain't enough the most are showing that we need to do at least 3 time a week 30 minute of a real exercise like running swimming.. Walking you need to do for a longer time, like an hour.
But what is 30 minute in a 24 hours we have in a day.. I think we should exercise almost daily for like a 30 minutes, one day swimming the other day gym after it running and so on..

Using is stair is the most tough but good exercise. Even exercise can make us more intelligent.
We should take exercise seriously. Not to do exercise is similar to lose life or lifetime.

Right vid but for some who can't afford to go to gym, daily routine like cleaning around the house is fine as long as we can move our body. It's so much fun too specially if little kids are participating. Like me, I find it hard to go to a gym because of my little kiddo but it's more fun and amazing if this little kids around helping us in our daily routine.
