At which point would you protest?

While traveling to work via public transportation, I was interrupted by someone preaching about 'the end of times' to the passengers (including myself).
Mylotters, do you encounter persons who interrupt your journey by preaching, or peddling, or soliciting from you or others near you? How do you feel? Do you support this habit, and at which point would you protest?

I had my share of meeting bible-thumpers on my commute as well. I usually just don't mind and keep to myself, I actually pay more attention to my belongings because these instances might be taken advantaged of of pick pockets. If people strongly believe that they our serving the Lord this way, then its their right to profess their faith and all. But when they start handing out envelopes as Llove offering", I just return it to them empty without a word.

I certainly do not support such activities. They have committed acts that are not pleasant, and disturbing public order and public peace.
However, public transport instead of private area. They can do such a thing, of unknown / get permission from the transport authorities.
Use ear phones and listen to the songs you like, while enjoying the scenery.

I cannot say anyone has ever preached to me about the end of the world.I have had leaflets coming through my door warning me about the end of the world.I have to laugh ,what do these people do when the day dawns and everthing is still the same.If anyone told me the end of the world was nigh I would say give me all your money then as you won't need it.Just to see what they would say to that. Some people are not right in the head and you have to feel sorry for them really.A bit sad

I would probably just ignore the guy, this wouldnt really annoy me as i know that he is trying to do the right thing and save people souls because thats what he beleives his god is calling him to do and as a religous person if i thought god was commanding me to do something i would try and do what he was asking.I however find people trying to sell me something while i am trying to get on with my business.I think this is completely different as they are only trying to make money the preacher is trying to save people from going to hell that is obviously a better thing than making money.
