cell phone & tablet?

hi everyone!
I am in the market for a new tablet and cell phone i have a couple in mind and tell me what you think of my combos.and please give suggetions and mix and match to the devices you liked the most.
cell phone tablet
samsung galaxy note ipad 2 w/3g
iphone 5 samsung galaxy note 10.1 { when it comes out}
htc status mircosoft surface RT {google it !]
the main features i want in my combos
stylus with color
keyboard case
multitasking
can take place of computer

I will bet on the second combo. You can get multitasking to almost all new devices. Besides, keyboard case are now available for many brands. But I am not sure that tablet can replace computer, especially if you want to deal with heavy duty such as programming, video editing, etc.
Yups, go with the second!

thank you for your answer! i am not replacing my laptop with a tablet because i know they do differant things. I found a bluetooth silcone keyboard at brookstone.I am not sure if it will work though. That is the tablet i am mostly sure about as long as the price is reasonable. I was trying to get the htc jetstream but i think samsung is a better brand and i am exicted for the release. I might / might not get a iphone 5 i will have to see it first, but i don't really use my phone that much so i might get a lower tech phone,like the htc status.

i would choose to get the samsung galaxy note with an ipad 2. my mother got the samsung galaxy note and i can say its a wonderful phone, it too comes with a stylus and hidden compartment in the phone to store it. i think this phone is awesome, its already like a tablet and cellphone in one. and also as far as tablets go, ipads are quite reliable. i think this combo will go far in replacing your computer, this is why my mother chose this phone to do business on.

thank you! i was also thinking about ipad 2 being very relible because its one of the more popluar tablets and apple is a very good company.

Or how about this combo:
Galaxy Note and a Galaxy Tab
or
Galaxy S3 and a Galaxy Tab
It is best for the pair to have the same OS
