I can't understand!!!

May be those people living in this city don't have any conscience inside their head they just do whatever things that come to their mind and are convenient to them , not in consideration of others. They have selfish personality and mentality, that don't give a thought on the feeling of another human being living in that area that have to put up with all those stinky smell created by their trash and shi*t all around the area. It is quite a sad scenario knowing that your fellow country men and women are behaving in such a despicable way that don't have any sense of public civic welfare awareness inside their mind and heart at all except for their own convenient sake, usually only visitng foreigners will act in this way in my city by throwing their trash carelessly all over the place without giving much thought on other people living condition living there, since they don't pan to live longer than a week or couple of weeks, they usually could care less about other residents of the city.

Well, some people are just plain lazy and are even at home with filth. That or they don't know what consideration for others means. They would rather have their homes trash free without any regard for the environment. Cleanliness is a trait that is being thought to a person at the early stages of their growth; so there's nothing we can do when that's how they were brought up. Your chance to a cleaner neighborhood now rests with the authorities and on how effectively they implement their ordinances on littering.

I don't understnad why they are doing it but I don't understand why the city or township where you live isn't doing something to clean it up. It shouldn't be allowed to just be out on the street like that as it's hazardous to your health, and it looks nasty and bad, especially for the capital of where you live!

Sounds like the capital city in our country. The government should do something about this because ordinary people can't do much. It is their duty to see to it that citizens live in a safe and clean environment.

Yeah, big problem. It seems that the people are not cooperating and are just pure lazy to clean up and organize their own trash. Mostly, uneducated people do such kind of things. It also ticks me off, but there really exists such kind of people. Maybe you can report it to the proper authorities to send in some action against it?

They are too lazy that's why they do that and they don't care.

Because some are too lazy to find bins nor go to bins to throw the trash thats why they just throw it anywhere. In my place there's certain day and time that we are allowed to throw our garbage like every Wednesday and Saturday every morning that's the time we put all our garbage outside for the garbage truck to pick up with but and if its not then we need to keep our garbage inside our gate nor house in the big bin to keep is safe from rats, cats and other animals as they will only scatters those garbage if they will see it around. Now if someone found violating it then there's a fine and at least few days of imprisonment.

Some people just act the way they want. We cannot control them. Sometimes, I do get mad of people that act as they like without thinking of the environment around them.

I have the same experience in our apartment almost everyday. We have one public restroom for each floor and unluckily, it is near our room. Some of the people living just throw their garbage their as if it's a garbage truck. I feel so annoyed about this. Some people act this way, maybe because they are just too lazy to throw them in the designated areas and they choose the easiest way to put them out. Or, they are just irresponsible enough to think about what others would feel about it and they don't care at all.
