I would consider that sometimes in this world and age, "no death penalty" has become more an escape for criminals and a pain for tax payers more than a punishment itself ... Yet on the other hand, Gandi may be right - if we'll apply talion law, we'll all become blind sooner or later ... So, let's find the solution .. Any ideas?
