I've been dealing a lot of stress lately and it was like my head would like to explode every single day. I know that it is bad for a pregnant woman like me to be stressed because it might affect also for the baby. I don't know what to do...

Money always cause stress. At the moment we are the same in our flat. We had to fix some health problems for my friend, so we are out of cash now for the most important things. I don't know how to help you. Such things can be helped in some different way, the stress would low down only if we pay our bills.

Yes you are right there Suggar! Paying bills is the only way to fix the problem. The problem is, How to produce money that instantly? Sometimes you just rely on your luck to bet on a lottery and hope for a big win.. Thanks for your comment my friend and hope your friend's condition will be a lot better now. God Bless

I am also flooded with phone calls offering cash loans and i refuse to accept it really. I dont want my debts to grow further. That's why i am looking for an online job to sustain some of my finances. It is really hard to be an employee and just relying on your salary. I guess life sucks a bit..

That is true Chelley. I know what you are saying so good. We are just like that with my boyfriend. I even had time when I was knowing only the important dates in the month where we have to pay something. Unfortunately I can't give any ideas of what you can do to get the money faster. The best way is never take a loan or something, but people are not the same now-a-days. Some of them live more poor than others and are forced to get what they need as a future dept.

When you are pregnant you should avoid stress and do not do things which can harm both you and the baby. It is a relaxing time for the mother. The baby also picks up stress from you if you don't manage your stress. This is a good time to do yoga and meditate and take time for yourself by sitting somewhere quietly and taking long deep breaths. The deep breathing will calm you down and your vital statistics will return to normal. If you are afflicted with heavy stress, see a doctor as you do not want to have blood pressure problems.

You have a great day too Chelley. Forget about yesterday. Think of today and tomorrow and don't fret so much. Relax. Breathe. Go for a slow walk. Do some yoga or meditation or go out with some friends. Vow that you will have an enjoyable day. Think positive.

Calm down the worst does not alway happen.I always say if you expect the worst then thats what you will get.Don't expect anything and life will improve smile.relax you are bringing a new life into the world. If you could move away from whats stressing you for a few hours a day.Try reading, watch some daytime tv or listen to music,go for a walk.Breath deep for ten seconds every hour. When your body is so tight with stress it is difficult to relax but try these tips and slowly but surely you will cope better and slowly destress.Take care

The stress factor is quite common to all the age groups.I was also on the same kind of plight , weeks back and the stress takes a toll on everyone normal life and fear ,anxiety also creeps in so we must learn to handle them effectively at any stage. I would suggest you to make sure that you dont feel or think too much and also be in the care and comfort zone so you dont take the stress so much .So life is full of ups and downs and the attitude and your personality depends on the way you take it. Just be patient and hang around and everything will be fine very soon. So ultimately it all depends on how well you take the stress and also how you perceive it.so stay calm and kill the stress so that it never happens again

Thank you so much there natliegleb! Yes you are right, I just have to be patient and soon everything will be fine and of course more faith in God and always trust in him. And I think I must learn how to manage stress effectively so that it will not also affect the baby in me.

Hey please don't do that. It will really harm your baby. It may badly affect him/her. Taking stress is just a waste of time. It does not provide us with any solution. I lost much of my hair due to this, when I went to a specialist he said," please do not take stress. It does not solve your problems. Infact it adds to your health woes. I would recommend you to make yourself tension free by whatever means you like to". Trust me...see laughter shows, listen to songs, think about your baby, do anything what makes you happy. It may not have any relation with the problem you are in, but it will surely give you courage to fight and help you maintain your cool. Do not forget, there is one more life attached with that of yours. Please do take care of yourself. Recreate yourself. Do not attempt for tasks which make you disappointed or worried howsoever beneficial it may be. Being happy from within has its own hidden benefits. Take care of yourself and your young one.

Thank you so much for you heart warming response gautam1002! I am trying not te be stressed out by those negative forces but sometimes it affects me a lot and i can't help it but to cry sometimes while talking to my little one. Sometimes I feel like im a crazy person but i know it does help to bond with my baby. I feel bad for myself for why is this happening to me.. Sometimes I ask HIM, is there really any reason for all of this trials? Life is really so unpredictable..

Keep believing on yourself and God. Try to be good and fair to all. He will never bring disappointments in your life. And I understand how nice you must be feeling when you talk to your baby. Though it may appear madness to a very logical and scientific person, it has whole lot of love and satisfaction attached to it. Try motivating yourself for the kid. When an engineer makes his own machine, he treats it like it as a child, and here you are giving birth to a new life. You must be proud. You must not need any other bigger motivation than it. Good luck. Be happy. Take Care.

you shouldn't stress yourself specially now you are pregnant its really not good for the baby. just don't think too much, give yourself a break. go to a relaxing place, or you sleep properly because if you are too much stressed out your baby might be affected. just go to a place you think you like most or you sleep or you eat your favorite food, or you watch your favorite movie so that you can't think of the stressful things you are having right now. just think that your baby will suffer this consequences if you won't give yourself a break.

What gives you stress? You have to identify them first and try to think of ways to solve them. I am also pregnant and sometimes I feel stress out so what I do is to find time to relax.

I had so much to worry about like those debts that is hunting me for months and they are giving me stress everytime they call. Sometimes i still handle the situation but sometimes i cannot. I feel so sensitive nowadays, I dont know why. Is it because I am pregnant? The solution of course is to pay my debts but as of no capacity to pay all of them. That is why I am looking for some online part time job to able to compensate my financial needs.. Life is sometimes really stressful..
