Turn between co workers

I am turned between my two previous office mates. One is perfectionist since she is so dedicated to her job and even extend working hours just to finish all her job on time. The other one is so relax and so mediocre when it comes to her work. Unfortunately i leaved my job but i paid them a visit regularly. Unfortunately also a commotion occurred between the two of them since they are conflicting when it comes to work. One will tell her sentiments and other one will do also. Now, they have a cold war and overtime i visited them i have this awkward feelings and i can feel the tension. I wanted to talk to them but i don't know how to.

Hi gerlieann!
You can talk to them in private (one on one talk). You can give them your advice and give them suggestions on how to improve their work and relationship.
They are your previous co-workers and maybe friends. They need your advice.

Exactly, they are both my friends. Lately i have noticed that the other friend of mine did not talk a lot in the office. I have learned also that they are all silent including other employees because nobody wanted to start a very good conversation that might bring the my other friend out of place.
