Well, I like cooking and eating. My most favourable dish is chicken. I often cook chicken in several recipes. My daughter likes fatata and big beans curry. My son also likes farata, but with fish curry. But I prepare chicken at least three times a week.

Chicken is easy to prepare and cheap in the market. Compared to fish chicken is better. I sometimes can't stand the smell of fish and it is difficult to clean. So I opt for chicken dishes. I rarely eat red meat. I do not eat beef and pork. Bon Appetit!

I love cooking pasta most especially carbonara, I also enjoy cooking seafood such as shrimps in coconut milk and cheese, or crabs in the same type of sauce. Also I am fond of cooking grilled salted porkchop or fish and sometimes grilled oyster mushrooms in butter.

the shrimps are cooked together with the coconut milk, that makes the dish a lot more creamier ;) and also, I prefer grilling rather than frying to lessen unwanted fats :)

You have such nice foods. I wish I could prepare the same. But in my country the eating habits are different. Me too like eating shrimps but not in coconut milk. I rarely eat grilled food.

I don't really have a favorite dish to prepare. I enjoy cooking and like to experiment with different combinations of foods and spices.
Recently, though, I have been making a lot of vegetable curries. We get quite a few veggies through our CSA share, so I have a lot with which to work.
I've never made a fish curry. Of course, my boyfriend won't eat fish and cannot stand the smell of it, so that is something that I will have to do when he is off somewhere and has left me to cook for just myself for several days.

We don't prepare such exotic meals here. Just they are not that popular, we have our national dishes prepared most often. Some of them got potatoes inside, mince, meat.
I love cooking vegetables. And eating them. But most of all I love salads without sauce, because the sauce is making the vegetables loose their natural taste.
Probably if I write how we call some dish you will not know what exactly is it. So I will not point any of them.
I love chicken too. In soups or baked.

I like vegetables too. Normally we cook several dishes. If I cook chicken with potatoes, this meal should be accompanied by a salad and a vegetable curry. Even if we cook fish, we have to prepare a vegetable dish and a salad. We get fresh vegetables in my country as we plant them. Bon Appetit!
