What to do if you are not from USA and you Can't transfer from paypal into bank!

I was using paypal for like 2months and I had nice amount of cash, but my paypal was not verified and I'm from Europe... So I switched my account into Payza and Liberty Reserve... Later I talked with some friends and they said that I should do some transfer with company which is transferring from paypal to bank for international! Thats great! Now I easily can transfer from LR into Bank... From Bank into Payza... From bank into LR!

There are so many other payment options besides paypal its pretty easy to find one. But paypal is the best, easiest, and most secure one to use.

May I know what company you were using to transfer PayPal to bank for international transfers? Or LR into bank. I would like to know about LR to Bank because I might try Liberty Reserve some other time.
