I’d like to learn from those who observe the fasting month of Ramadan. Does the fasting affect your daily activities? Or do things just go about as normal, such as at home, work, school, or any other situations where your usual activities take place? Do you just keep on doing what you would normally do despite having to restraint from food and water during daylight? Or do you have to make some adjustments to cope with the fasting?

During fasting, I am as usual. When so employees, I worked as usual, in the field or in the office. Now I have retired. My activity is reduced. But I did as usual. I often break the fast outdoors, because the sunset call to prayer was heard. The change is to resist the appetite, and lust.

I see; I'd think that is how it should be. Fasting should not be a hindrance to our daily activities. Ramadan Mubarak or Happy Fasting!
