All food have some caloric value and it is correct to say some food contain negative calories. You can eat lots of negative calorie foods to reduce extra fat and become slim naturally. Some of them are tomato.pear,fruits. Have tried this if yes what were the results?

No foods can really have 'negative calories'. Some foods (such as celery) have been said to contain fewer calories than you consume in eating them. Tomatoes and pears are definitely NOT in that category and, in any case, the logic is somewhat dubious. The ONLY way to slim naturally is to eat fewer calories than you burn during the day and the easiest way of doing this is to make sure that you have a healthy, balanced diet in which you limit the calorie content sensibly AND ALSO increase one's exercise level so that you burn more calories than you eat. You can subscribe to whatever 'slimming plan' you like (and some will cost you enormous amounts) but the above method is the ONLY one which you need (unless you have a medical condition which needs treatment by a specialist) and it will cost you no more than: 1) A book or other reference to tell you what calories and other nutrients are in various types of food. 2) A weighing or measuring device so that you can fairly accurately determine how much you are eating 3) Some way of calculating how much exercise you are taking and how many calories you are consuming All the information and reference you need can be found free online or quite cheaply in many good books; you don't need an expensive weighing machine - you can quite easily and accurately learn how to estimate portions and you can usually weigh yourself periodically at a doctor's surgery or a health club (if you belong to one). Some people find a pedometer useful if they are walking or jogging as their extra exercise and many pedometers which cost less than $10 will also calculate the calories burned (though this is only ever an approximation). The MOST IMPORTANT things, however, are being meticulous and consistent with recording what you eat and how much exercise you do and being totally honest with yourself about what you are really eating! Most people fail to lose weight when they believe themselves to be 'on a diet' because they continually LIE to themselves about what they are really eating and let their 'accounting system' slip!
