The best summary to this subject is that there are four secrets. First, it is the question of locations. Second, the circumstances where the person is subjected to. Thirdly, it's the constant worry suffered by the dieter. And lastly, the feelings inside the mind of the obese individual. There you have it. Over to all MyLotters. Start the ball rolling! OK?

I think the main reason is aside from your inherited condition, is emotion. It took me a while to realize that I have a slight gluten intolerance and I have to be careful of bread and buns. It doe snot mean that I also have to avoid eggs and meat as many gluten products emphasize. I do need to eat more protein, get more vitamin D (2000 for me), and eat less carbs that is instead of a serving of one cup of pasta, make it half a cup or less and that does not matter f it is white or whole grain pasta, although for me, brown rice or multi grain would be best.
Second if I get depressed, as I do get when I am worried about finances, I have to get out of the house, but I have to make sure that I do not walk to the shops or go to my favourite stores.
I also do weight lifting. Nw if I van get an scale that works with my feet. I have a high arch and the scale does not register. I guess I have to rely on my friends telling me you are losing weight.
