Can omega 3 help recovering weariness?
what are the use from this omega 3...
Is it ok to consume it everyday?

Omega 3 is good for the heart and mind their are lots of sources of omega 3 like tuna and fishes.Their is no scientific basis that if we consume omega 3 everyday is not good for us infact I am taking fish oil supplements everyday and my mind and heart is working great based on my experience.

The required dosage for Omega 3 is 1000mg/day. It is not for weariness though, it is more specific for couteracting plaques in the heart.

Ow so it's good for heart, is it ok for someone who had kidney disease?
