What are the things you know about Tarlac?

Aside from Ninoy, Cory, Kris and Noynoy Aquino, Tarlac is also known for other things. I've spent all my existence here except for the years I've spent in college. Having a military father, I grew up close to Camp Servillano Aquino. The camp has a beautiful landscape, having hills inside it covered with trees. The general headquarters is situated in an area that resembles a small Baguio City. How about you, what are the things you know about the province of Tarlac?

That some part of Tarlac know Kapampangan, and the other part knows Pangasinense. Although I've been there, really haven't had a chance to explore the place. We are planning to visit a famous church there, just can't remember the name though.
