Scamming Scammers (In Soviet Russia...)

It wasn't until recently that I found out about scambaiting. Well, I'm going to start with the spam folder.
GAH! I hate spam folders! They are nothing more than just appendices or some other useless body part compared to the rest of a mailing service! They just store spam until they fill up to the brim with lies and scams and all that scum that I have to swipe off from the face of my screen!
Scammers are what I especially hate about the spam folder. They are just useless, lying piles of dirt to me. "Friend, I is [sic] a former president of Nigeria Ngabo Whatever" just makes me angry to the extent of grinding my teeth.
But recently, a solution's been invented. It's called "scambaiting", and it's exactly what it sounds like: baiting scammers and scamming THEM. A few examples even ended with the scammer realizing that three months or umpteen years were wasted trying to scam someone, and instead realized that they were spent making fools out of themselves. HA!
What do you think about scambaiting? Personally, I think it's a great idea, because as they say, "One good act deserves another".
