for some of us, we're not that conscious when it comes to our grammar. we just talk and write and that's it. the important thing is we just need to express our feelings. but don't you know that there are peeps that's so very particular with grammar. they take it as a big deal?!?! for us Filipinos, we usually notice if there's something wrong with the grammar if It doesn't sounds good. it's our 2nd language. but I can proudly say we're not that good in grammar. but we're one of the best English speaker in the world. :)

For me,English is my third language. It is a foreign language imposed on us by our government.I am not worried about my poor knowledge of English grammar. If I want to write perfect English,it is just because I want to write articles for online article writing sites. They expect articles in good English. Here in my country,India, there are a large number of people who speak in English when it becomes indispensable.Otherwise we speak in our own mother tongues.

As far I know, you are one of the most eloquent and proficient speakers of the English language among non-native English speakers. It's actually obvious on how you compose your posts and responses. :)

Thanks for appreciation, but,I think, you are viewing me through a magnifying glass.I know myself and I know I commit a large number of grammatical mistakes.I love my mother tongue and I love English as well, but I am not satisfied with my knowledge of English. Thanks again.

It's easy to get careless with it and for some it is just plain confusing, I think. When in school, I got great grades in Grammar, spelling, etc. Even afterwards, I was good at it and probably because I had a job that I had to be. I typed a lot of business letters and they had to be perfect. But that was years ago. If you don't use it a lot then it just doesn't come so easy.

ok, i did not know that. But, I also don't like this grammar thing. My English sucks sometimes. I used to just pass or sometimes fail my English subject at school. Was never good at it, but I am trying to improve by reading books now. I hope I become good because I want to write a book later in life which I have thought of. Lol. have a good day

i really hate it when people, who aren't so good in grammar, criticize the ones who commit mistakes in a manner that is embarrassing or humiliating. they act as if they don't commit grammar lapses and that they can use all the tenses perfectly. they are haughty to claim that they're better, which in fact they're not.
