My wife takes tuition classes. Yesterday there was a discussion between the students and herself. My wife asked one of the student as to which subject he likes and which not. He said other than a history he likes all the subjects. He said if will have some magic they he will destroy the past time forever so that the subject history will be destroyed automatically. I had a fun to hear his comments. Do you like the subject history.what do you think.

History is one of my favorite subject.
I don't have any problem with other subjects aside from MATH
I was suspended from my class during secondary level due to class recitation of
what is an "acute angle"

Many people do like subject history like you. According to them it's a scoring subject and it adds to increase your memory power. Actually all the subjects are equally important and whether one likes it or not he has to do it.Thanks for the frank response.

I like history very much. I also scored good marks in history subject when I was studying in high school. While I was studying in high school, my history syllabus had a portion called time line. I liked it very much. Even I knew more than 600 events with their dates by heart. So I don't like the idea of that student.

The History that I was taught in school was written in stone, or so we thought, but with the Internet and world wide comunication we are finding that this is not true. I enjoy this very much, just like science, the facts are not necessaraly the facts.

I love history and find it fascinating :) It's one of my favorite subjects, but I can see why some people do not like it. It can be boring, and some people think why learning about something from the past. But I love it, and I think to know the present you have to know the past :)

Thanks for the response.Be in touch and share. It is good to know that you like history. Actually it is very interesting subject. Generally everybody should be curious about the past, but now a days everybody is anxious about the future.I don't know why so. Any way leave it, but i do prefer history very much like you.

When I was younger, 13 years old to be exact, my favorite subject was History. My teacher was the main reason I think because he was really good in teaching. He taught as if he was telling stories to his kids. This made us, his students, feel very comfortable about the subject and I personally understood everything he said.
I think history should be preserved and not to be destroyed. That student who said that is funny and maybe he was just joking when he said that.

I used to love taking history at school. Our country has so much of it and I loved the subject.Learning from the past helps us with the future.I can understand how some people would find it hard work and not enjoy it.I was a bit of a swot and loved reading books and finding out in great detail.Seeing how people used to live and how they led their lives.I found political history hard work.Social history remains of great interest to me.Those great big buildings like saint pauls in london ,Stone built churches enormous great building they did not have cement mixers or anything to help them lift massive stones up 100 foot.Fascinating, really what happened a second ago is history.I could go on for ever but I am frightened of boring you.

History was also the class that was my least favorite when I was in school. The reason that I was never really all that interested in history is because of the fact that I didn't understand how it applied to me for the longest time. If I would have had the choice, I would have taken more science classes and never taken any history classes at all. Now, I do understand how history applies to all of our lives, but I would still rather take a science class because of the fact that I prefer to be able to learn in a hands on way.

I love history caused I was helped raised by an aunt (my parents were too busy with their business)who did not have a family of her own who taught World History and geography and graduated education from one of the best universities in our country. I knew about the Greek and Roman empire even before i went to school cause she taught it to me as if it were fairy tale stories

History might be a boring subject for all of us but that is one of the most important subject we ought to know.Past is what makes our present and even our future. It will give us a sense of identity from were we really came from and what were the previous events that brought our system like this right now.
