Experience with Americanaptc.com or Raptorclicks.info? Scam?

These are two PTC sites run by the same person, Gregory Lanza. I joined Americanaptc.com in Dec and recently requested my 1st cash out. The cash out was cancelled by admin for no obvious reason (to me). Although I have attempted to find out why from the admin, I have not received an explanation from him in 2 weeks.
There are pops shown on the site.
Has anyone had any experience with either Americanptc.com or Raptorclicks.info? Please share.
I'm trying to decide whether to just drop the site.

There are a number of complaints about cancellation of payments since 2010. In many cases a false payment proof was submitted in the forum.
Payment proofs seen on the web are clearly false (altered).
Surprisingly, it is hard to find anything that calls them a scam! But it is fairly safe to assume that they are!
