i have to say goodbye to some foods i usually eat

yes i would have to avoid eating some of my favorite food like instant noodles because they are just full of salt. so i would just prepare food that are just without much salt and i would try to avoid sweets as much as possible and even avoid any oily foods. anyway, i would try to do this for weeks. although it is not going to be easy but i will try my best.

Avoiding such food will prevent you from certain condition like hypertension. So it is advisable to prevent foods rather than wait until the condition appears because it is difficult to cure once you have it. The best advice is to have regular exercise and have diet rich and fruits and vegetables.Good luck in your diet.

That's a great news! Avoiding those kind of foods and substitute it with healthier ones like eating lot of fruits and vegetables. And of course combine it with exercise like running, swimming or biking or just any sports that may suits your lifestyle! :)

good luck to you. i HAVE to refrain from certain things i like, because i have braces. i can't drink soda. i can't eat things with nuts, i can't eat food whole anymore. i have to break it apart first (sandwiches, too). everything gets caught in your teeth. it's a whole new way of eating that i have to get used to. i have to say good bye to alot of foods and candy. my favorite thing to do is eat ice, can't do that anymore either. sigh.

It a good thought to stop eating those foods . Most people think it is hard to do, but if they find the alternative to eat, it is easy way to do. You have to store fruits always in your home. So whenever thought of eating those oily foods, adding the fruits would help you to build your body healthy and also same time you will avoid those unhealthy foods.

Yes avoiding those foods is always good for health. Oil and junk foods makes man bulky and fat. Several problems arising due to this kinds of food habit. Avoid those foods and live happily in your life ever.

it would not be easy so i wish you all the luck. for sure you'll get starved so prepare fruits to compensate the foods you will be avoiding. add plenty of water to your diet so it will be a total cleansing. you can always check online for the right diet combination before you start your goal.
