Has anyone here ever saved another person's life accidentally?

This may sound really preposterous, but I once picked up a dropped folder on a street containing documents of some sort. Luckily, there's an I.D. in there as well. Turned out that the folder contained confidential information which may have ruined that person's life had it fallen to the wrong hands. Yeah, at the very moment I returned it, I feel like I've just saved a life accidentally. Ever had that experience? I wanna hear it.

Doesn't that make you feel so grateful? Have you ever communicated with that man who saved your life?

I help an injured driver out of his vehicle trapped inside his car during an intersection's collision in front of my house few months ago, i ran immediately to the accident scene after hearing a loud 'bang' in front of my house and gave him a hand, called the emergency number for him right away. I do hope it is consider a life saving act by you. It may not sound great since i didn't find any ID or documents that can prevent identity theft.

Well, perhaps yes. I was riding a public jeepney and teenagers waived for the jeep to stop and pick them up, unknowingly, the driver pulled over and drove off without noticing a little kid (about 1st Grade) still at the steps of the jeepney. I immediately held unto his arms tightly and screamed at the driver to stop because the kid was about to fall. The driver stopped and the kid went in. The driver looked at me and thanked me because he didn't noticed the kid was there because the teenagers blocked his rear view mirror and didn't see someone else was behind them. Whew! Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

If I ever saved anyone's life accidentally, I didn't know it.

I have never saved anyones life accidentally, though i think it is a little bit of a stretch to say you saved someones life the worst that would probably happen is them having a their identity stolen and losing all their money.Which is still a very bad thing so what you did was certainly a good thing.I would and have done the samething in the past,i found a wallet at kings cross station which i handed in to a police officer as i knew somebody may steal any money in it and use any sensitive information in it to steal more.
