I admit, I procrastinate on almost a daily basis. In school, my friends and I would even share with one another new ways to procrastinate that we found online. Is it bad to procrastinate? Or do you think that as long as you get an assignment/project done on time, it does not matter if you begin it the first day or put it off until last minute?

Procrastination is really a bad habit. You will always have to rush for something. Furthermore doing task at first day will give you a lot of time to do it and finished it properly. Furthermore, procrastination can sometimes lead you to forget something.

I totally agree with you asdomencil. We should not let go for tomorrow what we can do for today. Besides if you finish something on time or ahead of time, you will have a lot of time for other chores. Thus giving you ample of time for recreation.

Another thing is that even you don't finished it the day you started, you still have ample time to finished it. I gues this procrastination is already on of the bad traits of Filipino, including me, the maƱana habit.

Procrastination is a bad habit. So I do not understand why your friends are sharing new ways to procrastinate! If at all they should be searching for ways to stop or eradicate procrastination. Procrastination is a sign of laziness and lack of motivation. One will usually not get work done properly and timely if one procrastinate and rush at the last minute. Imagine the stress that comes with it. Anyway, one can break the habit of procrastination if one is willing to practise the art of getting things done as quickly as possible. It takes a lot of determination and discipline.

I think the reason why my friends would share ways to procrastinate would be because entertaining yourself relieves some of the stress you are experiencing when having a big project or assignment to do. Then the built up pressure of finishing last minute is a source of motivation.

Procrastinate would put you behind than others what others would do you will not be there if you procrastinate. It is the cause of lot of miseries for lot of people. If your government start to procrastinate then they will loose vote bank, and too much then they will be no where. Similarly, if you procrastinate then you will loose your work and that would be others gain. What you want Others gain or self gain. I don't meant you to be mean, I am talking of your life foothold. Most great leaders do not allow procrastinate to their life as dark evil.
