What is happiness for you?

Many people are trying to find happiness, some go to other country to find happiness. Other's just stay in their country trying to find happiness. Some people think that if you have a big house (a mansion should I say) then you would certainly be happy, others said if you have a luxurious car, or a lot of money or a good body then you will be certainly happy. But, what is really happiness? what really makes you happy?Where can you find happiness? If I will ask you this what is your answer? I would appreciate to hear your thoughts and ideas.

For me, happiness is being in that state of mind where you are truly contented and satisfied. I often get that feeling whenever I am with the people I love, just spending time with them makes me happy. Where can you find happiness? I think you can't really find it by searching, you'll just know the minute you feel it.

seiya87 you are right, happiness is a state of mind. Happiness is a choice. You can't find it everywhere but you can only find it within your heart. True happiness can be found in our Creator.:)

I think that the definition of happiness would differ from one person to another. Because every person has their own priorities and they value different things in their lives. Some people would say that having to eat three times a day is already a happiness for them. But maybe some would say that achieving a goal or being successful is what makes them happy. As for me, I would relate contentment and peace of mind to happiness. I would be surely happy if I am contented with everything I have because that would also makes my mind at ease not having to worry about what tomorrow might bring. I am not asking for huge houses or huge amount of money. I am not asking for the best that life has to offer. All I ask is a good life for my family. I would be the happiest person in earth if I see them in good condition. That is happiness for me.

Happiness for me will be fulfilling the need of my family and not letting them need for anythin.. I want them to be happy, thats what will make me happy.. I want to fulfill all the wishes of my parents and my love.. I don't want any kind of problems to be faced by them.. When i accomplish this, i will find happiness.. I also get happiness when i make people around me happy.. That moment of happiness is one of the best feelings.. :)

Umh, If i have my own house, it is very pretty and i don't have to face to renting every month or moving later. So that having my own house is still my dream ...but i am still happy now even though i don't have a house, not much money in bank account, no luxury car...it is my life and i should enjoy it whenever i can even though in poor. I will be hurt and sadness because of bad love only...luckily, i am single now..then my colorful life is back...
