Brave Heart

It is really a good movie. I have heard that for so many times. I will see it again when I am free.

Hey jonnagirl, I love that movie too. But I read somewhere that the spears and knives used were made here in the Philippines.

This is one of Mel Gibson`s very best. A great story. One idea this movie impresses that I really liked is delivered by the line `"it`s our wits about make us men." Think things through before you act on them. Real men have bigger brains than brawns.

Yes, this is a movie in 90's . I watched it long time ago when I was in university. The protagonist,Wallace had moved most of audience. He is really a hero with brave and great heart and great love. when I have free time, I will try to watch one more time.

This movie is really extraordinary, I also saw it a few times already. What impressed me is the following point: even taking place in another generation a long time ago, even today people need a leader to follow. All individual person may have his or her own dreams and wishes, but they leave it there, as a dream. Most of us only are able to fight for our ideals if we have someone in front of us who remembers us what we really want and helps us to fight for it until we get our dreams converted into reallity. In human history, we really had those leaders giving up their live to convert their dream into something real or true. Those persons usually have a strong character and very clear ideas about what they want.

In one day talking with a friend about the impact they have some historical drama on the audience, starting from well-known example of "Spartacus". He said, among other things, my friend this disturbing impact, not necessarily due playing true of reality, because ultimately it is the role of documentaries, historical movies have very different purpose: to impress, to bring the spotlight on people who achieved extraordinary things unusual. The same rule applies to the case of "Braveheart". We presented a hero fighting for ideals or until the last breath,the movie sends a strong message, directing is excellent, superb music, teaching and landscapes are pure beauty. It's a movie that has it all. Not to be missed! Exceptional!
