Men with pierced ears

Hi savagecabbage!In fact I like to have pierced ears,i think that is very fashionable,but my girlfriend does not allow me to pierce my ears,because she think that kind of man like a woman...

Not all men would pierce their ears but i think there's nothing wrong if they'd do it. It is their preference.

I personally don't really think that pierced ears on men are really attractive. I really don't have a reason that I feel this way except for the fact that I grew up in a time where most men did not have their ears pierced. Now, it is kind of nice when a man has one ear pierced, but the bilateral piercings are something that is pretty strange in my opinion. What I do like to see on a man, however, is tattoos. I really don't know what it is that I like about those either, but it is something that I've always liked in moderation.

I do not think there is anything wrong with a man piercing his ears but even though, I appreciate more ear piercing when is done to a woman rather than a man.

If I am not mistaken, piercing for both genders has been a part of different cultures and fashions for centuries already. Based on the illustrations and reenactments of the rajahs, the datus, and other royalties who were the earliest occupants of the Philippines, they were actually wearing jewelries, aside from earrings and such. So it is not actually surprising if men of the present times chose to wear earrings, or some other accessory in other parts of the body, as their fashion statements... It has been a trend for a very long while already, and what they are doing has been a part of the earlier cultures, so they are only actually reviving the past fashion. Although, when I was younger, men with earrings doesn't appeal me... Now that I have given thought about it once, it doesn't matter with me much, anymore.

Funny you should mentioned ear piercing in men.A few days ago an older man came to connect my sons sky to his bedroom and he had his ear pierced he must have been about 60 nice to see why should only the young be able to express themselves in fashion.

I had to,its our tradition, for men to pierce an ear.It was done I was very young.It was not my choice.

I really don't mind; my husband used to have both ears pierced but the holes have closed up now. I don't really mind as long as its not multiple piercings on the ears, its not those things which makes the holes wide whatever they call it, and as long as he wouldn't start wearing my hoop earrings and diamond studs :)

Hello savagecabbage. Naturally speaking,man should not wear earrings. I remember long long time ago slave used to wear earrings.Well,that was long time ago..:)But it doesn't mean that man wearing earrings today are slave because it's already a fashion.:)In my opinion I don't like men have pierced ears but we must respect other people's fashion..:) Have a great day..^_^
