All peoples are working in companies but some persons only open the new company and become the head of the company and giving oppurtunities to others. What is the reason that makes him to be turned an employer? Why some people only starts companies and become an employer not employee?

Hi Idea. I am currently employed full-time under a multinational company. While Im at it, i am also managing my own shop as a sideline. So, am i qualified enough to answer to your post? hehehe! Most of the reasons why some employees want to have their own business is that they simply want to be their own boss. This is not the reason though why i had put up my shop. I had put up my shop because it is my passion and that i believe in the Filipinos' talent (it is an online musical shop).

I guess there are many reasons. This can include having the opportunity to be a boss or a supervisory position. If an employee can’t get a promotion or simply tired of his tasks, he might want to have a different pacing or level in terms of abilities. Sometimes, they do do it as a sideline (as grace did). Others do it for the money sice they want to have a secure nest egg when they finally retire or terminated by their employed. At least, they have something to do and have an income.
