Dream own house

Having own house maybe one of many planning that people want in their life. Some couple buy house before they get married but some people have no own house yet and working hard to get it. To all of you who has living at your own house and who still living at rent house, what kind of your dream house. is it large house or small house but strategic location or what rhe type? share he please.

I dream of a minimalist home:
A. Made of wood or bamboo.
2. Has 3 bedrooms, 1 for me and my wife, 2 for children. If, for guests staying there, children can join in one room.
3. Has a family room, which is enough for a family gathering.
4. It has a kitchen, dining room well enough.
5. Has 2 bathrooms and toilets.
6. Has a carport, with no cement and concrete.
7. Having a wider page than the home. The front to the park, and the back to the garden.
8. In the courtyard there is a small hut, no walls, which can serve as a living room.
9. Fence of the plant.
10. Contains no unnecessary furniture. Example: under the bed clothes are designed as well as places / books.

I try to imagine how your dream house mr.hsofyan. Yes, I think nice to have housw made of wood or bamboo. it is natural style. we feel close with nature. But I think it must be large. because you need park and garden. May I guess that you are open mind person and love simplicity. Sorry to feel know about it. LOL.

I wanted, the house is simple, not too big nor too small. Importantly, I can live with comfortably. Previously, I was renting a house. But now, I live in my house-in-law heritage. Very convenient, but it needs to be fixed, because the roof leaked in several places.
