The best way is to have a checkup with the doctor. You can't just self medicate it. As early as now you should visit the clinic before worse happens. If you experienced it for the past few months then this could not be a normal headache. Try recalling what have you done before the symptoms started, Did you engage in Physical Activities, Weight lifting? Then if you are, it must have been muscle pain or overstretching strain.

I usually experienced head aches before going into bed, the worst thing is it triggers severe palpitation every timeI experienced it. My doctor says whenI experience such things I should check my blood pressure, because it might shoot up.. I suggest you consultyour doctor before taking any medications.

The best way is to consult your doctor, because not all headaches are due to blood pressure. Some triggers because of inflamed sinuses or sinusitis, your vision or maybe for other reasons. Because headaches could be alarming, it is a signal from your body that there is something wrong though some are not serious. So stay focus and give your self your first priority.
