main characters leaving the show, opinions on departures

so on this seasons finale we saw that Lexie passed away and that Teddy will be leaving Seattle Grace. The jury is still out on whether or not the others will make it in the wild or if dereks hand will be okay. I actually had just looked up that teddy was leaving for sure, i hadnt remembered what with lexie dying and everything! so my question is whos departure have you taken most to heart, who have you missed from the show? Erica, Burke, Izzy, George, Merediths mom, Lexie, Teddy ... George's departure was heart breaking along with Lexie i still hope theyll bring tr knight back in some way. i didnt care for how izzy or teddy left i guess i prefer death and heartbreak rather than 'they moved' -- oh then wheres the spinoff? lol And i really miss burke, the first 3 seasons were great between yang and burke, i wonder if he could ever guest on the show again. Do you have any favourites? Any people you hope will guest? if you could change a characters departure which one would it be, how would you write it differently?
