I recently received a spam message stating that I have won a Nokia prize money of this much amount and you have to send your bank details to this number. I am fed up with this information as I see lot of them in my mails and send them to spam folder. Now they are there in spam folder. How come can I shift this message to spam message box. Now they are using this sms service to, may be later they will take over our TV set and next news media.
Do you also encounter such problems. Have you ever gone into its trap. I always hear people sending their money to specified account, so they can claim bogus money they show through their sms's to us.

As long as there are gullible people around there will be no dearth of con men.I have received such messages many a time and it was a bit of fun too,as I showed it to my family members and we would have a good laugh.

I once mailed them back to take as much money required from my prize money. :)

Its obviously a spam so just disregard it. I dont usually believe on text messages as if it really came for a reliable company then it should have called or sent me a letter. And if you think that you didn't joined any raffle contest then why would they send such messages telling you that you won.

We leave our phone number on various sites... Although they say that personal information is secured, some sites have very poor security protocols, and some skillful hacker could easily get access.
Not to mention not all the site admins are honest...
Pretty ugly picture, huh?
We can only try to be VERY careful to whom we entrust our personal data.
