want to be stress free

before when i do two things at the same time: working at daytime and schooling during night hours, i experienced a stressful life. stress is not good. i can give you headache, back-pain and even form a wrinkle and stress lines in you skin especially the skin of your face. you may also look like a haggard as if you do not slept so well. so avoid stresses, if you feel some symptoms on this, try to relax. problem is just normal in life. do not push so hard. just take it easy. ;)

Just one idea from me, it works with me, maybe also with you... Let's try to face everything with love. When you feel anger or stress, face what you must face with love, feel the warm feeling in your heart. Something like that, you know better than me, because you're a woman ;) try it. the opposite of stress/sad is love.

hi there! i am so much better now. maybe i just reacted overly during that time as i received texts from someone and the content of it was not friendly to my eyes and ears - haha... so maybe next time need more apprehension and patient to things that may caused tantrum and hot temper. i try to cool off... thanhttp://www.mylot.com/images/emotes/cool.gifks

oh yeah, right at that. love would may conquer at all. it should be tried by all people and if that one would be the shield from all errors in life, we live in prosperity and in harmony. but we are full of pride, it is not easy how to become meek of heart. man and woman are all equal in terms of love ;) what you recommend is so sensible for human kind but the realization through it is the big question on how to make it real. thanks for posting back in here.

Agreed. We have to learn how to take it easy and don't think too much. Take up exercises that you love and do it whenever you think you are stressed out or talk to someone close to you and share your burden, it helps :)

exactly. there are lots of things to do to divert your emotion to something useful. do not just sit in the corner and feel your suffering; it may get you into depression or else you will feel nervousness. life is not easy as we want it to be, but at least we are the one to decide if we want it happy or not. and include prayers along. thanks

There are times where people just love being vulnerable and miserable... it's a physiological thing and a complicated one(sometimes people like things complicated). It's sad thing to say and a hard one to fix. I know cos I've been in that situation before. Hard one to fix, most of the time only yourself able to fix it

i am not one in the list. as much as possible even if i do not have money, as long as i live my life happily, i will be contented by that. but sometimes in life, we live in a faulty or forbidden side, we are being hooked into it. because we are scared to do the right moves, maybe we think we cannot survive with the pain and the loss of that thing to us for we are used with it. sometimes we can tell that person is crazy because he did this and that without realizing how tough is life to him. you are right that it is "us" who can unhook from misery we involved at. thanks for posting in here ")
