Wow what the HELL? after all that charade that the Palace has went through just to keep Arroyo accountable to her crimes, this HAPPENS?!
Maybe they should have let her out after all so that she would have been considered a fugitive. who are those that are still loyal to the Arroyo's?! it seemed that she had other allies as well in the Supreme.
TAKE NOTE: ONLY ONE MILLION PESOS BAIL. that's a huge stab in the BACK for all of us. 
this would definitely strike down on the Administration after putting up all the waste on forcing Corona to be impeached. with out knowing the arroyo's were already pimping the judges to give her BAIL form HER CRIMES!
Again, we were taking along for the ride. so much for the justice system.

this happens and for arroyo, it just happened. firstly, i don't want to be biased on this issue. the court just finds it weak (the case against her) and to answer the motion for bail, the court allowed her to post bail (1M) for her "temporary liberty". that is while the case is being heard. this does not mean that the case is already closed and arroyo is already free. she still have to face the court during hearings. it only said that the evidence is weak but it doesn't mean, the case is already closed. i am just afraid arroyo will do the same thing ecleo (also a representative of the congress) did. after posting the same amount of bail, ecleo is nowhere to be found now. but he is already in the WANTED list of the authorities.

Hello Neildc, I am just frustrated, the senate should have impeach him corona simply because of allowing her to leave but they went far into other thigns like his SALN. this sucks, it proves that people will never be accountable to their crimes and find ways to get away from it. most specially that cult freak ecleo who even got into the congress seat..damn shame

Very sad indeed and shows that justice is only for those that have money to spare. In this case, they were given their temporary freedom just because they were able to pay the bail. I guess if a poor man who does that he would surely be in jail now even though the accuse has not been judge but could not afford to pay the bail.
That is just disgusting to know but well the law is law and I think the Supreme Court is still filled with people connected to the previous administration the thing that GMA has indeed prepared well before her departure in office.

Well I really do not know if the charter change is really needed or we just need to really clean up the judiciary to rid of those that does not belong there. I think for the past 9 years the judiciary was filled with people not deserving to be there. Most were appointed out of gratitude and they are just simply paying back the gratitude. I think we need to have a good CJ this time that would try to reform the judiciary and return this office to what this department is supposed to do to dispense justice to the people.

Hello Rsa101, I think this is really the strong wake up call for all of us to encourage charter change. can't you believe that just for one million she got away from her crimes, while her sacrificial lamb was sacrificed too much that it cost us more than one million and a waste of time for the senate because of all those debates.

I already accept the fact that there are things which can be dislike about the Philippines that is when in terms of economy, pollution, traffic, crimes and other more but this justice system is what I am totally loathing. Seems like the things on earth is just about money and money all the time. Justice and morality is nothing anymore but then it is about money.

Hello Metatronik, I still don't want to get used to it. if we get used it would really give an impression that we ourselves allowed this corruption and mistakes that led to the fall of this country. though I've accepted the fact that are no longer the way the best thing for a country and now swift back to developing. still, there is hope and we must resist corruption.

I don't how are they gonna file a case on her now when that case all along is weak according to the court. too bad but in my personal opinion i still think she has some strings on her sleeve. because it doesn't feel right from the start when she should have been arrested to boot.
