Just to share something that I have learned from the book authored by David Stoop which is entitled "You Are What You Think". I have not yet done with all of the pages of the book but the first leaf of the article has already caught me. It goes this way' "Attitude is everything!". Hmmmm..I remembered my experiences with various people around in my workplace. People with a variety of personalities whom I had dealt with in different ways, too. There were workmates whom I thought have sound intentions and good motives but with great attitude problem. There were some who were telling me bad principles but doing well in relating with other fellows in the company. Some were so good in setting goals but not the implementation. The next page I got an idea that good intentions and best goal-setting skills are not enough to really be successful.Knowledge is neither enough. What makes the difference between people who succeed and fail is actually the so-called attitude. What really matters in what you think is your attitude.

Yeah i second your thought.
We all are individuals and are created by God and have been blessed with special qualities that makes us distinct from others. We need to listen to our conscience and act according to our mind and heart. We need not be swayed away by others external influence and this is our attitude that would take us long way in our lives.
