If sleeping at the weekend leaves you too tired for work on Monday, means you are suffering from a social jet lag.The longer lying in the bed,the fatter are likely to become. Due to this people are lazy and slow on Monday, with poorer memory and sluggishness in morning feeling.Do you have any experience.

Being that I am a stay at home parent, I am able to sleep the way that I like to sleep most of the time. Even when I did work outside the house, I didn't really find that it was difficult for me to start my day on Mondays. I believe that the reason that this was the case for me is because of the fact that I try to keep the same kind of schedule every day of the week. I do know that there are many people that will sleep twice as long during the weekend than they do during the week.

I find sleeping to long makes me sluggish and depressed .You don't burn of fat while you are asleep and can see what you mean.Getting up at a reasonable time being busy and meeting people certainly does make you feel better.

I know that when I rest I start liking it and I am getting more lazy. It has some sense, when Adam and Eve tasted the apple they kind of liked it and didn't want quit eating it. When you know that you can rest longer and it's cool for you because of some reasons, you get more teased of the idea that you even need a longer rest. I guess the orientation of these people in Monday is harder. But forgive them, if they are a way little slow, it will not cause too many damages.
