Prioritize your scheduling as to the importance and urgency. There things that might be important but not urgent. There are also things that are urgent but not important. Also, when we set something for us to achieve, make sure that this is achievable and realistic.

Maybe you should make a list about what you should do in one day. Most important first.Besides, make
good use of time.I just begin to work, but I still want to spare time to learn some Japanese.I know
that's a long way to go.So we all need to work hard.

It is hard to manage your own time, but it is something that we need to get our heads around if we're going to be able to be successful in our lives. I find that it is a good idea to write a list of everything that we need to achieve during the course of a day, and then we can find some time to be able to fit it into our time. It is better if we have anything written down because it means that we're more likely to be able to stick to our schedule. However we do have to be strict with ourselves to make sure that we meet our deadlines. There is no point in setting deadlines for ourselves if we're not going to stick to them.

If you cannot follow through your existing schedules, you cannot expect yourself to be able to handle more. My advice to you is that you should start small. Commit yourself with little things at first and be faithful to them. Do not bite off more than you can chew. Then as you get more capable of handling little things, start getting a little bigger. Notice how I used the word "little?"
My point is when starting things out, take one baby step at a time. This process may be slow, but as you grow in dedication and patience, your success can be as good as guaranteed.
