Hi jaraan, do not stress yourself too much I know that your family would understand that you are just busy with work this week. It has been 3 days than my husband and I were dining out. He do not usually agree with that because he think that dining out is expensive but because he knew that I am too tired with work lately, he is even the one who suggest that we just eat before going home so I could rest early. Maybe you can browse and search for another diner that will cook healthy food for your family I am sure that there are so many around.

Buying cooked food is not really healthy because you don't really know how they are prepared and what additives are in it. Restaurant or fastfood bought food are almost always unhealthy but busy people like you don't have a choice. I hope each one could find time to cook for the family. It is an enjoyable task as far as I am concerned and I always give it a time no matter how busy I am because the health of my family is my number one concern.

I'm sure it will be ok. Eating diner food for a while won't hurt anybody, as long as it's not for months on end. Don't knock yourself out. If you have work to do, priority is first and that's what puts the food on the table.
Is there anyone else that can cook home meals while you're busy?
Think of it this way, if you weren't busy with work, there would be no food or diner food to buy and they'd be starving...ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

It is really better to for our own rather than buying in fast food or any ready made food. But when you are really busy, you got no choice to buy ready made ones.
