I vote against smoking, that's sure because smoking contains dangerous chemicals that are injurious to health. Smoking can cause high blood pressure, cardiac arest and can shorten one's life span.

I will vote for against smoking. Smoking is really bad. It can cause lung cancer and lots of other desease not only to the smoker but also to the people near the smoker. Recently a report show that more than 75 % AIDS carrier are smoker. Even there are no prove showing that smoke can cause AIDS but i strongly believe that there are connection between smoking and AIDS. One more things is that smoking wasting a lot of mioney. For your own good or for your family, STOP SMOKING if you are a smoker.

I'll vote against, except when they say you can't smoke in your own apartment because that's going too far.

I vote FOR the freedom to choose weather or not to smoke. If you allow people to ban smoking, why not bring back prohabition, umm and while your at it, let's ban all fast food joints and junk food...I mean they arn't good for you and we all know that...you could initiate a mandatory single religion and so on and so on. "When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.
When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.
When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.
When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out"
