my sister secret to losing weight

For almost two years of working in Whitby my sister literally shrink her body. She really get rid all the fats in her body and from fat chubby person she become so thin. Her legs now are totally awesome though she may had some loose skin but still looking good. Aside from the fact that care giving is a tough job, her secret was she never take a cab going in and out of the homes she was working, she work there almost 12 hours and sometimes straight when some of her colleague skip working to party. She seldom buy some foods and groceries and just eat at work because commodities there were so high. When she's at home she is too tired to eat that she drink only some coffee or tea to ease hunger. My sister said that her walk everyday consumed 30 minutes of her time so I guess that her work was too far from where she is living. Now I am inspired and want to wake up early to do jogging and brisk walking. By the way rice is pricey in UK so she only consume mash potato.

How old is your sister? I just cut carbs, as I know that too many carbs can cause high blood sugar and eventually it is stored as fat in our body. I still have 10 pounds to lose, hope I can make within these few months.

That's why she can lose weight that fast and easy. Young people can lose weight much easier, as their metabolic rates are much higher than the elder ones.

Sounds like your sister has the right idea. Stay busy and walks to work and probably does alot of walking when caring for her patients. She keeps her mind busy and so isn't constantly thinking about eating. I think I'll try that now that the weather is decent I can get some serious gardening done haven't done yard work or gardening in years -- now's the time and it will help me take my mind off of eating -- I plan on walking the Theiler stretch every day starting tomorrow -- it's never too late to get motivated.

Yes, doing a lot of walking is good for you, and can help in a lot more ways that just being able to loose some weight. It will help with your Blood flow, and your heart and keep you feeling more healthier, and just all around better. I know that many times when you find ways to do a little more to loose a little extra weight or cut back on the types of foods you eat you often feel better about yourself and want to talk about it, and share with others as well.

Your sister lost her weight because of her daily routine. It burned her calories everyday continuosly for 2 years. It's her routine that help her to stay fit and also help her save extra money cos she didnot buy much foods for herself. Any1 who wants to loose some pounds can follow what she did, walking to work place in the morning is an excellent cheap exercise. She lost weight, save more money, and she stay fit thats all are triple treat for her.

Conguratulation to your sister. It seems increasing energy output and reducing energy intake may be the right method for lossing weight. By the way, u r Chinese, right? And how's your sister's working conditions in the UK? She's laborer or officer?

She's Filipino and she is nurse, she work as a care giver in homes, I think she endure the weather there, probably my sis stretch her budget so wisely to cut off some eating and drinking

I admire your sister on loosing her weight because I cannot achieve that as much as I do, I been walking, maintaining healthy foods, jogging and doing exercise but unfortunately I can't lose weight, some says that I have a hormone problem.. well I guess it would take me a lifetime just to lose weight.. That's the best tip for sure! Working out, walking, swimming, yoga are great ways to take care of body and mind. I'd say going vegan also helps but always eating greens, fruits too also helps. I hear also that salt can retain a lot of water in our body, I know it's hard but I heard of people that don't eat sault at all.
