Life was much simpler and worry less when we were younger. When APPLE and BLACKBERRY wer just fruits. When girls giggled not GOOGLED. When YAHOO was overjoyed reaction. No FACEBOOK only smiling faces. No TWITTER but birds tweeted. When VIRUS was what caused the common cold. When BUGS wer just pests in the garden. But no matter how complex the world today, let's not forget to do the simplest yet the most unique form of communication..PRAYER...

Wow, I must say that I really enjoyed reading your post. It's very unique and original.
I also remember when I was younger and I didn't know anything about these type of technology. And thus, I didn't need to worry about using them.
Now that with all these social networking and gadgets, it gives me a full range of worry and stress.
And I also agree that we should not forget to pray!

On reading the discussion you may be an aged person--i find you are only 21. yes. this sort of answer you will be getting in your mind every ten years. The previous years always appear to be interesting and good-- because we get aged and we get more responsibilities loaded on our shoulders. good day.

ah yeahh..I'm still 21.Here in Philippines specially here in my province we are late in technology..so when I was young during my primary years..cellphones, Personal computer and laptops don't exist but we do have TV sets, karaoke, etc.. When I was a kid I was really expose into an environment where kids were playing outside, giggling,laughing together, teamwork during group play. By that experience I've acquired true friendship, the meaning of teamwork and understanding the feelings of others. Nowadays kids today were more on using their PSP, laptops, PC, cellphones.. I can barely see children playing outside with other children.

i miss when i was younger i had so many nice memories i remember when i use to listen to the radio and i would always record my favorite songs on a cassette when i learn how to record music on the cassette i was so happy. then cd players came out then the ipods i remember they where fat and big. the world change so much now.

though people are trying to invent something to narrow the gap or to have a communication with our loved ones there is still one effective the most effective way of communication and that's a PRAYER... you're right iamJB!

I love your post! yeah I really do miss the old ways, unlike today it makes me frustrated, life nowadays are so hassle. I want to get back to 90s life is more simpler when I was a kid. Somehow I want to live in a farm just to get out of the modern environment and of course I want to strengthen my faith and my communication with God.
