Life with technology!

Computer does help us in many ways.I think it has more advantages than disadvantages.It really depends on yourself how you control and use your computer in your daily life.It has helped us a lot to be in touch with our family members or close ones easily,I mean would you rather write your family a 100 word letter in 30 minutes and take 10 days for them to receive it or would you just use your computer and email to write much easily and send it to them within a few minutes.Personally,I like this life with computers and technology as I think it's faster and helping us get better and develop our world in a much faster and easier way.In the end, it depends on you how you want to think about it.

I agree with you on all you exposed, I seldom am not using computer and sometimes so i think that living without computers should be hard nowadays but people could live without computers as always as did.

Me i think no, it would be hard to adjust without technology because it has already been a part of our lives. I remember when I was still a kid we would just play with simple toy cars. But now, every children has this portable gaming console where they can play and see 3d cars moving.

You are right previous generation people live happy life because they not tense about child or anything. But now since technology invented lots of problem are arises. New technology is helpful also and harmful also. Most of the people are using Computers and mobile in wrong way and less people are using in proper way. I think it is very hard to work without computer for those persons who has computer.

Hi, About 25 years before we don't have telephone so we used to write to our relatives, friends,beloved ones. There is some human touch to it. Still I receive birthday greetings by post I feel very happy. We can keep it with us as a memory. Now without technology life is nearly impossible. I can't imagine work without computers.

Computers have changed the course of history; rather than historians recording historical events with pen and paper, they can now store them in large databases and server computers. While computers have given us a way to communicate much faster and cheaper, the drawback can be seen as our dependence on them to help us with our daily routine. Before computers, phone and letters were the most common ways to contact people, which cost money. Using technology like Skype and e-mail are free ways to communicate with people, which eliminated the factor of distance. Since I started using computer during my childhood, it is rather difficult resetting myself to live a lifestyle without it. Rather than doing research people the old fashion way with searching through books in the library and scanned pictures of newspaper clippings, the computer is complemented with the Internet, which is a network of networks; it's vast knowledge is limitless. Without computers, we probably would not have video games either. Overall, computers have created not only ways to replace some activities, but it has helped introduced new technology that has the capability to benefit or hurt our lives. It can be perceived as both a blessing and a curse.

Wow.. What a nice discussion.. Without computers would not have started this discussion and i too had not replied. Coming to your question, computers and internet had made our lives so easy. We are talking through emails and chats, sending attachments and video chats too available apart from this. Yes, computers made our life so simple. Reduced our cost and time as well. We could easily communicate with anyone on the world when both have an internet connection. But going back to the olden days.. How sweet it was when posting a letter writing n sending through a paper? Those moments were so sweet while writing, posting it as well as waiting in days for their reply. Recently i read in a magazine a psychologist stated that people in the current generation had lost speaking mannerism and talking behaviour. This also leads to misunderstanding and also brings an end to an relation as they talk harshly in chats or sms by saying 'no', 'I cant', etc., using rough words. He also stated that peoples in the previous generation were better in communicating with other peoples, especially taking care on not to quit a relation by hurting them on words. But current generation had lost that habit much, he stated. I am not sure whether the computers have direct impact on these. Computers made our life so simpler. But it is like an artificial flower which has no fragrance. Olden days communication was a true flower with real fragrance.

Computers can be a big help for our lives because it makes things easier, better and faster. Computers have its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages that a computer has is that computers can be reliable, used for better and faster communication and many more. It's disadvantages are it can lead to violation of privacy, public safety and health risk. There are many cases that people die in front of the computer because of a long time playing or chatting. Computers can give bad effects on us because some of the newspapers or magazines I read, computers have radiations that can damage the brain badly. Even we compare the older times right now, we cannot bring time back anymore. We should not be ignorant of what we have today because every day, every month, every year, technology is changing. For me, in the older days, life was not that easier but people can define what hard work would be. Now, life in computers makes as lazy. For example, you have an assignment that you needed to research, rather than going to the library you would rather look for a computer shop or search at home if you have internet access. We should take parts to do older ways and newer ways by starting right now so nothing wrong would happen .

yeah those letters were full of love. Computer did narrow the gap between people living far far away from each other. I can't imagine a life without computer. It has lots of benefits but it has some bad effect also. We can't help it but to use computers. have a good day

Maybe it was true before the technology, we carry out a full life with struggle and sincerity. But I think the computer was very petrified life because with a computer can be easier to access anything, no hassle in using it but it depends on the wearer as well. hhe: D if you talk about the sincerity let alone talk about writing a letter then I would judge it was the world's growing. I never imagine working without a computer, because of course most of the work is always to use a computer.

I think that nobody can afirm that the computer invention was a bad idea.In fact was a great idea.It makes your life much easier.It is like an assistant for you.You can use it in any scopes do you want.My life without a PC I can't imagine but I could try to see how it is.I still write letters.It is verry nice.
